I come from a country where food and sunshine are a central part of everyday’s life, Italy.
I have travelled extensively for 20 years and embraced cultures around the world. I have enjoyed the various foods, dishes and have learned from hundreds of years of evolving cuisine.
I have studied Nutritional Therapy and used the natural passion for food, cooking and diversity of food to improve my health. Now it is time to share this knowledge to anyone interested.
I organise various workshops including some with food lovers, Yoga teachers, Meditation practitioners and Fitness trainers. I do this to create awareness and clarity on how food and dietary change can help everyone with their health and most of the time resolving chronic problems.
I also have a great interest in sports nutrition and have spoken on the matter particularly regarding how to avoid injuries and improve energy yields. I have also worked with Diageo, Sigmar Recruitment, Everything Mobiles and Quantified Self Dublin in delivering talks.
In my practice food is at the centre of everything hence cooking classes are very popular. In these classes simple and tasty recipes will be produced.
I have degree in Nutritional Therapy and Clinical practice, Nutritional Coach, BTEC, ITEC, FETAC and I am a member of NtoI [Nutritional Therapist of Ireland]
